A Full Home Inspection is a non-destructive visual inspection of all accessible areas noted above. A typical home inspection can vary from 3 to 10 hours depending on the size, complexity and condition of the property.
Indoor Air Quality Test
- An Indoor Air Quality Test (IAQ) is a laboratory test of air samples from inside and outside the home. We do not perform stand alone IAQ test, we only perform this service as an add-on to full home inspections.
