How much does it cost you? $125, that's it, we handle everything. You send us the info and it's done. Whether you pay the $125 out of your profit of tack it on the bill doesn't matter, it's such a small amount for such a big benifit. Our process is simple:

You, the contractor, sends us an email with the following client information (Name, email, phone number and address of home) and a pdf document of the permit. We then call the client and schedule the inspection. Our process keeps you informed every step of the way. You will recieve a confirmation of the appointment and a copy of the report after complete. We typically bill our commercial clients on a monthly basis.
