I absolutely love Integrity Home Inspection! This is the second time
using this company. Watt did out home inspection when we bought the
home. His inspection was through and the report was detailed,
organized and easy to understand, and it was emailed the same day.
The home needed a small roof repair before the lender would approve
us. After the repair, he came back at no additional charge and
updated the inspection report. This si the second, separate
experience with watt. We have now had a full roof replacement done.
As part of that ne roof a new wind mitigation report was included.
To my happy surprise, after the roof was installed and paid for, I
received a call from Integrity Home Inspection (Watt), himself to
schedule our appointment. I was bad and fell asleep and didn't hear
the bell or phone when Watt came for our appointment. Not only was
he wonderful about resetting the appointment, he wouldn't allow me
to compensate him for lost time or money my mistake had caused him.
We set another schedule had ne arrived today. He was a pleasure to
work with again, I highly recommend Integrity Home Inspection, they
are worth every penny. Watt knows what he's doing and answered all
the questions we had all three times. And another plus... When he
was here the morning of the inspection, we realized we had forgotten
to line up a termite inspection. When we said it out loud, he
offered to help. Grabbed his cell phone and had a termite inspector
here within 30 minutes.

Watt and Albert were wonderful. They took the time to answer our

Purchasing and excellent service and services by this company! We needed a townhouse inspection with little notice and found Integrity Home Inspection. Called them and spoke to Watt, who was very friendly and understanding. I explained the circumstances and he looked at his schedule and said he could do the inspeciton at 9AM that Saturday. We were pruchasing this townhome for an investment and we were our of state and were having my brother meet them at the inspeciton site. My brother said Watt was very good and thorough and explained and showed him issues that he found. Watt sent us an inspection report shortly after he looked at the property and spent approximately 3.5 hours there. The inspeciton report was excellent and Watt definently worked in our interest (the buyers). I would use then again and highly recommend Integrity Home Inspection to my family and friends.

It went seamlessly! Watt and Albert were very detailed and answered
all our questions. The even answered questions that were not
directly related to the inspection. The pictures sent via e-mail

They were incredibly thorough and thier written reports were
comprehensive. They found correctable defects that I probably would
have missed and gave me a detailed insight into every facet of the

I contacted Integrity Home Inspection (Watt) approximately one week
prior to the date I needed the inspection. Watt was
professional and explained everything in detail that he would do and
check during the inspection. He arrived early and asked if

I chose this company because of the wonderful reviews here on
Angie's List, and all those people were correct. Albert was
prompt, professional, and very nice. He looked at everything
from the sidewalk to the roof, took pictures of everything, and when
he was finished, he sat with my realtor and me to explain
everything. Fortunately, the house I plan to purchase was in
near perfect shape, with the one flaw being a broken GFCI outlet.
He answered all my questions and made a couple of recommendations
about things that were up to code but might make me safer, such as
adding hand rails to the back porch steps. That evening when I
checked my email, I had copies of the home inspection report, the
wind mitigation report, and the 4 point inspection report, including
all the pictures. IHI is a company I would happily recommend.

We were on a strict budget and relocating to a retirement community
and downsizing. We were not looking for- and we could not really
afford anything pricey or elaborate-, just something with sound
infrastructure in move in condition. Cosmetics such as flooring were
secondary to roof, HVAC, and foundation.
Let me state that I am by no means a handyman or have a real sense
for the way things should look when you take off the cover.
That is why I rely on experts with top tier ratings like Watt and
Albert.
Back in September, Watt and Albert inspected a manufactured home and
pointed out certain issues that allowed us to negotiate a 10%
reduction in the price of the property. Clearly, this was $300
that was very well spent. This sale was cancelled at the
last minute because the buyer of our home had financing issues.
Fast forward to February and we find another property in the same
price range. Aesthetically and room size, it was very nice.
The owners had replaced the kitchen and baths. We
immediately made a full price offer and scheduled the inspection.
The inspection went badly. The roof and HVAC were at the end
of their useful life, there was evidence of subterranean termites,
and a couple of other issues. The buyer offered a 20%
price reduction, but we walked away and viewed another property.
Watt did not charge us for his time.
The third time was a charm. Watt and Albert did their normal
thorough and professional inspection and gave us comfort that this
property had sound infrastructure and was indeed in move in
condition.
BEWARE if you are buying manufactured housing! Don’t go on the
cheap and get only a four point inspection. Call Watt
and Albert before you finalize the deal.

Watt and Albert were great in our home purchase process. They were
on time, professional and knowledgeable. We asked them to return for
a reinspection on some issues the sellers said they were going to
fix and without hesitation they kindly returned two times. My father

on Saturday morning. We were purchasing this townhome as an
investment and we were out of state so we had a relative meet at the
property. Integrity Home Inspection was on time and my brother in
law said they were very thorough and explained and showed him issues
that they found. They sent us the inspection shortly after they
reviewed the report with my brother in law. They spent approximately
2.5 to 3 hours on the inspection and the report was excellent, they
definitely worked in our best interest (the buyers). They did an
excellent inspection and found some serious issues so we knew what
we were dealing with on the property. I would use and highly

This is the second inspection Integrity Home Inspection has done for us. The first helped us decide that the home was not the home for us. Watt and Albert conduted a very comprehensive inspection of the property. There was not an area inside or outside of the home that they missed. These guys, without questions, provide the most "thorough" home
inspection i have witnessed in 40+ years of buying and selling
homes. They are extraordinarily meticulous and literally leave "no
stone unturned" during the course of their inspection. Taking almost
3 hours to complete, they checked every possible are of the home
that might possibly be a problem. From electrical outlets, overhead
lighting fixtures, plumbing, roof, windows, etc., they cover all the
bases. Then they provide a well prepared and documented listing of
their findings and go through what they found on their inspection by
showing the client photos of areas of concern they've stored on a
laptop computer. No question is left unanswered. Professional to the
core, they are the best.

Watt was very personable over the phone explaining the process of the inspection and the required paperwork he has available for my builder. He and Albert were punctual (actually early) for our appointment and gave us an overview of the inspection. an issue with the house, from missing roof tiles to a cracked tile

Within the space of 2 weeks Integrity Home
Inspection inspected two houses that we were fully prepared to buy
pending a satisfactory inspection. These people are good. Their
deep penetrating inspection of the first house in Lake Mary found
things that would have cost us at least $100k to fix. Based
on the inspection we declined to buy the house. We
convinced the provider to leave his natural territory and to come
south to inspect a second house in Port Saint Lucie. A
number of minor defects were found in the second house but none were
deal killers so we bought the second house based on the inspection.

I'm considering selling my home within the next few years and wanted
a home inspection (after living here over 10 years) to make sure
there would be no surprises when it came time to sell. If anything
came up, I would have the time to get it corrected. Mr. Ramsey & his
partner showed up promptly, advised where he would be checking, and
asked if there were areas of concern. He welcomed me to follow him
around if I wanted, but advised there would be a full report when he
was done and would come get me if there was something I needed to
see. We crossed paths here and there and I felt he was doing his
job. When they were done, we all sat down at the kitchen table and
he went over everything he looked at, shared pictures and answered
my questions. Based on results and recommendations, we agreed on an
area or two of concern to be dealt with. When I asked for particular

We hired Integrity Home Inspection to do a complete home inspection
of a house we are trying to purchase. The inspector met my husband
and realtor out on the property and arrived on time. He had
indicated before the inspection that it would take approximately 5
hours to complete the walk through but it actually took longer. This
was a good thing however because he was very thorough in everything
and afterwards spent a good deal of time talking about his findings

Owner and one other inspector did a complete
home inspection of the home I was planning on buying. It
was an older home and a short sale. They
spent over 2 hours on the inspection and thoroughly examined
everything; they even took the time to cut a hole in the ceiling of
the garage in order to be able to see in the space between the roof
and ceiling, which was at a low pitch point, or whatever you call it
when the pitch of the roof is not large enough to crawl in and look
at. There
was some water damage on the ceiling and the roof was a tile roof. The
inspection showed no water damage or rot to the roof timbers. The
service was nice, professional and prompt. I
cannot say enough good things. This
was a short sale, so I wanted to be sure I would not have to spend
more than I paid in order to do repairs and make it livable. I
would highly recommend them. Even the pest control company who was
doing my inspection
could not believe how much time they spent and how professional they
were.

there). He

I really don't know what we would have done

on a house and he came to do the inspection. since we live in
Illinois, the appointment was set up with our real estate agent to

Mr. Ramsey arrived early. He
explained his procedure for home inspection and then commenced an
orderly and thorough inspection of the property. From
the outside of home-also viewing and commenting on landscaping and
grading, the roof, electrical, attic, interior, testing plumbing,
appliances, lighting, windows, doors etc. He
spent a little over 3 hours on a 2100 square foot home. There
were also questions he had for the home owner and suggestions for me
as to improve the property. The
following day he emailed the report as promised complete with photos
and explanations. He
is also experienced using thermal imaging and provided a wind
