Four Point Inspection

In order to help you to recognize these issues, we have attached pictures of each item for your use. If you're not sure or have a questions, give us a call.

Four- point inspection

A Four-point inspection is designed to give the insurance company operational information on 4 major areas of the home, the four points in a Four-point inspection are:
1) Mechanical (heat and AC)
2) Electrical (regular outlets, GFCI outlets, AFCI outlets, wiring and electric panels)
3) Plumbing (type of piping, water heater, water pressure, drainage, venting)
4) Roof (age, condition and life expectancy)

Our fee for four-point inspections is $75 if within a 20 mile radius of Deland, FL.
